Job Responsibilities
1. Manage and execute project delivery and after-sales service for international markets. 2. Build and manage the sales support and after-sales teams within the international project management department. 3. Continuously develop advanced project support capabilities to provide professional on-site service to leading clients. 4. Address exceptional issues by internally driving and organizing special meetings to facilitate timely resolution. 5. Gather market intelligence on product demand and assist R&D in improving products. 6. Collect customer satisfaction surveys and drive internal quality improvements.
Job Requirements
1. Over 5 years of experience in the photovoltaic industry, with more than 5 years of service and management experience in the photovoltaic tracker sector. 2. Relevant photovoltaic industry certifications and project management certifications. 3. Fluent in spoken English. 4. Honest, with strong professional ethics, a meticulous work style, and a high degree of dedication and responsibility. 5. Strong service orientation for both internal and external stakeholders.
