Job Responsibilities
Job Description: 1.Responsible for following up and maintaining inquiries and customer resources assigned by the company, leveraging paid B2B platforms, search engines, social media, and other channels provided by the company to develop new clients. 2.Participate in domestic and international exhibitions, conduct overseas customer visits, collect and organize customer information, follow up on leads, and develop potential customers. 3.Achieve the sales targets set by the company and be capable of resolving various customer issues. 4.Conduct irregular phone/video conferences with clients to maintain relationships and ensure long-term cooperation. Handle other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements: 1.At least 1 year of experience in foreign trade business, with a passion for the foreign trade industry. 2.Understanding of the foreign trade export business process, familiarity with foreign trade import and export procedures, and a strong sense of service. 3.Excellent English language skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, enabling seamless communication with clients. Proficient in using various office software. 4.Optimistic and proactive personality, strong sense of responsibility, excellent team spirit, and a highly results-oriented mindset. 5.Candidates with over 3 years of experience in foreign trade, who have participated in overseas exhibitions, and possess the ability to independently explore the international market are preferred.
