Job Responsibilities
· Explore new business in local market by creating & implementing the Sales strategy and leading sales team. · Projecting expected sales volume for existing and new customers. · Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs with increasing client base. · Align with Regional Sales Director on targeted market and directions. · Manage the strategic relationship with customers with a long-term perspective as well as grow, develop and expand the market share. · Implements sales programs by developing growth strategies and action plan. · Maintains sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping up with current supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicator and competitors. · Perform market research to understand the various targeted industries. · Work closely with products and operations team on pricing and space sourcing with carriers & airlines. · Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quota.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business · 1+ years' of sales experiences in international Freight Forwarding (Ocean/Air) · Accountable, diligent and flexible · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Good in both of Mandarin and English
