Job Responsibilities
1. Communicate with customers, process and follow up submitted orders in a timely manner, accept reservation cancellations and reservation changes, and assist in completing hotel reservations 2. Contact OTA platforms, suppliers, hotels, and airlines to complete customer transactions and order maintenance according to the process. 3. Be familiar with major OTA platforms, and be able to operate products on shelves and follow up on sales progress. 4. Handle guest issues, be able to understand and track their progress in a timely manner, and deal with problems in a timely manner. 5. Maintain good customer relationships, flexibly handle various customer complaints and provide follow-up services.
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above, outstanding fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 2. Responsive, good at communication, strong thirst for knowledge and self-motivation. 3. Have good customer service awareness, be passionate, and be able to withstand work pressure. 4. Familiar with daily computer and common office software operations. 5. OTA customer service and e-commerce customer service will be given priority, and those with English speaking skills will be given priority.
