Job Responsibilities

1. Develop project plans for injection molding parts and implement project management requirements. 2. Control project development costs, organize and coordinate resources, and lead the team to ensure smooth implementation of the project plan. 3. Maintain and improve customer relationships, keeping up-to-date with client information and business developments. 4. Handle daily management tasks for the department, including managing, guiding, training, and evaluating department staff. 5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

1. Specialized in Mechanical Engineering, with a diploma or higher. 2. Familiar with project management requirements for automotive injection molding parts, knowledgeable about APQP and PPAP, with over 3 years of experience in project team management. 3. Proficient in interpreting injection molding mold drawings and skilled in using design software. 4. Fluent in English or Spanish, capable of using it as a working language, with a grasp of technical terminology. 5. Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills, as well as a spirit of teamwork. 6. In good health.
