Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for procurement tasks related to the Mexico factory, as well as translation work for procurement. 2. Ensure timely delivery of materials to guarantee normal production operations. 3. Stay informed about industry trends, identify material delivery bottlenecks in advance, and coordinate solutions. 4. Follow up on order delivery timelines and handle any exceptions. 5. Assist in addressing material quality issues and follow up on returns and replacements. 6. Manage inventory control for purchased materials. 7. Verify invoices and account statements, and draft payment plans.

Job Requirements

1. Proficient in Spanish, able to use it as a working language. 2. Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to accept challenges; possesses good organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills. 3. Outgoing personality, good communication skills, teamwork-oriented, with strong learning and adaptability skills. 4. Willingness to work abroad for extended periods; related internship or work experience preferred.
