Job Responsibilities

1. Maintain and communicate with existing clients, and actively develop new clients. 2. Conduct client visits, explore new projects, and secure contracts and payments. 3. Collect and analyze market information, develop client sales strategies and plans, and manage the team effectively. 4. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements

1. At least 8 years of experience in software development for Japanese clients, with over 3 years of experience in managing Japanese software development projects. 2. Strong interpersonal communication and coordination skills, capable of effective communication and coordination with partners, internal teams, and between teams. 3. Familiar with Japanese company work processes and business etiquette. 4. Bachelor’s degree or higher, Japanese N1 level, with fluent Japanese communication skills.
