Job Responsibilities

1. Implement the company's sales strategy, use sales techniques to create sales opportunities, develop new clients, and achieve sales targets. 2. Develop sales plans based on sales tasks and submit regular sales reports. 3. Conduct client visits, marketing promotions, and various sales activities; take full responsibility for the entire sales process with clients. 4. Collaborate with customer service to provide professional solutions, after-sales service, and technical support; establish and maintain good customer relationships and continuously improve customer satisfaction. 5. Collect customer needs and relevant market information in the region, analyze, and report in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in mechanical, electrical control, precision instruments, or related engineering fields. 2. Experience in TOB sales of large equipment, PCB or semiconductor equipment sales preferred; excellent graduates in related fields are also acceptable. 3. Some proficiency in English is required; experience studying abroad or fluency in minor languages (Thai, Japanese) is preferred. 4. Strong market sensitivity and judgment, ability to handle pressure, self-drive, and team spirit. 5. Willingness to work hard and adapt to frequent travel.
