Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement marketing strategies for the Australian overseas market by researching and analyzing target markets, coordinating resources, and ensuring strategic objectives are met; 2. Conduct market research and analysis for the Australian market, select and manage marketing channels, analyze competitors, explore new markets, and maintain existing channel clients; 3. Establish and maintain a database of overseas client information, create and implement detailed market expansion plans and strategies based on the company’s overseas sales targets; 4. Develop and standardize the management system and business processes for overseas sales, control and execute sales plans, and ensure sales targets are achieved; 5. Enhance brand recognition and drive the development and promotion of the company’s brand overseas; 6. Manage the daily operations of the sales team, including team building, staff training, and performance evaluation.
Job Requirements
1. Based in Melbourne, Australia; 2. Knowledge of international trade, with English as the working language; 3. Experience in building materials marketing, with preferred consideration for those with established channels in Australia.
