Job Responsibilities

1. After-sales and pre-sales technical support for UGREEN NASync series, ensure user satisfaction and maintain the brand image of UGREEN NASync products. 2. Support sales and communication with users, channels, and distributors about products and technologies. 3. Responsible for updating and maintaining the FAQ knowledge base of NASync products. 4. Responsible for training NAS knowledge for pre-sales customer support. 5. Attend exhibitions and work with marketers to make product demonstrations. 6. Collect user needs and provide feedback to the product operation department to drive the improvement of product functions

Job Requirements

1. Have a university degree or higher, major in related fields such as computers and software, and be able to use Japanese in business. 2. At least 1 year of technical support or experience related to Linux operation, plus knowledge of servers, NAS, and storage products. 3. Familiarity with Linux systems and experience in operating systems on Linux/Unix platforms. Familiarity with the basic principles of networking and an understanding of commonly used networks and application protocols. 4. Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, PVE, KVM, etc., and familiarity with storage products. Understand the different RAID models and their principles. 5. Those who have IT technology certifications such as RHCE are rated positively. 6. Those who have strong execution and communication skills, can quickly solve user questions, and are good at providing internal support. Those who have strong problem-solving skills, customer awareness and a sense of responsibility.
