Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Channel Sales Manager to join our team. As a leading provider of smartphones and consumer electronics, we are looking for an individual who can drive sales growth by developing and expanding our network of retailers, wholesalers, and distributors in Mexico. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's presence in the Mexican market. 2. Identify and establish relationships with potential retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. 3. Collaborate with existing partners to maximize sales opportunities and strengthen business relationships. 4. Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities for product placement. 5. Drive sales growth by achieving or exceeding sales targets. 6. Provide training and support to retailers on product features, benefits, and selling techniques. 7. Monitor market competition and provide insights to the management team. 8. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Job Requirements
1. 3-5 years of experience in Mexican market channel sales, preferably in the smartphone or consumer electronics industry. 2. Proven track record of successfully developing and managing channel partners. 3. Strong network of connections with local retailers, wholesalers, and distributors in Mexico. 4. Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages. 5. Self-motivated with a passion for driving sales growth. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
