Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee all aspects of the construction site project, responsible for coordinating and liaising with owners, supervisors, and other stakeholders, and accountable for the project's quality, safety, progress, and cost. 2. Organize and review construction drawings, and coordinate technical briefings with the design and R&D departments. 3. Prepare project budgets, including equipment and material procurement budgets, subcontracting budgets, and on-site management expenses. 4. Develop and implement various construction plans, schedules, and monthly and weekly work arrangements for the entire project. 5. Ensure strict quality management to meet national standards or contractual requirements. 6. Adhere to financial regulations, submit funding plans, and manage the collection of project receivables. 7. Organize completion acceptance and settlement work for each stage of the project. 8. Oversee construction according to drawings and contract requirements, ensuring timely completion and delivery. 9. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields, with more than 5 years of experience and proven track record in managing installation projects; must hold a secondary or higher mechanical and electrical installation certification. 2. Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), strong independent working ability, excellent communication skills, and capable of handling on-site emergencies. 3. Physically healthy and willing to travel domestically and internationally. 4. Strong professional ethics, strict adherence to national laws and regulations, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
