Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement the company's management review and internal audit plans. 2. Organize and lead internal audits and management reviews. 3. Coordinate and respond to external audits, customer audits, and cross-division audits within the corporate group. 4. Drive and implement cross-departmental quality improvement initiatives. 5. Monitor the effectiveness of system documentation and participate in document updates and revisions. 6. Assist the system manager in recommending and tracking the implementation of system improvements. 7. Support the system manager in conducting relevant training programs.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or above in Microelectronics, Semiconductor, Physics, Materials Science, or other engineering and science-related fields. - Minimum of 3 years of quality management experience in the automotive industry, preferably within a foreign-funded enterprise. - Over 3 years of system management experience with in-depth knowledge of ISO9000, IATF16949, and ISO14001 standards; certified in on-site auditing. - Proficiency in Chinese (HSK Level 5 or above) and English (TOEIC 650+), preferred. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented work attitude. - Ability to work independently and perform under pressure. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), email systems, and quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, and QC 7 tools.
