Job Responsibilities
Execute administration policies, procedures and management including office environment, fixed assets, company car, and travel support such as ticket/hotel/accommodation, be responsible for meeting/annual party events, team building, employee recognition and so on. Facilitate the improvement office operation efficiency with local, region and HQ Ensure to align with all local admin related compliance, including office insurance, Health & Safety Manage daily administration actives including office management, invoice process, purchasing, stationary, company car/mileages, fixed assets, accommodation management and access control Manage office budget to ensure all cost reasonably spent Business the meetings or events support Support admin vendor assessment and selection as well as payment Participate in admin related projects and annual admin self-examination other relevant tasks assigned by leaders
Job Requirements
3 years admin experience with in-depth understanding of high-quality service Experience of working in a multi-cultural, international, fast-moving changing environment Facility management experience is a plus Excellent communication and organization & coordination skills Have self-motivational attitude Able to work both on a team and independently to deliver results Proficient in English, German, and Chinese language
