Job Responsibilities

Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Manage and oversee the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to achieve sales objectives. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Extensive experience in sales, business development. Similar role within the solar industry or EPC sector would be good advantage Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and German. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or with a team. Open-minded, adaptable to a fast-paced and constantly evolving industry environment. Used to work in cross-cultural environments.
