Job Responsibilities

1. Planning and forecasting: Assist the department in formulating annual, quarterly and monthly financial budgets and forecasts; 2. Cost analysis: track and analyze production and operating costs, and provide cost control suggestions and strategies; 3. Business analysis: provide financial and business data support for various departments to support decision-making and business direction planning; 4. Report formulation: prepare internal management reports; 5. Performance calculation: calculate the bonus commission of each department; 6. Project management: provide financial data for specific projects or departments; 7. Collaboration with other departments: work closely with sales, procurement, production and other departments to provide financial support; 8. Continuous learning and development: pay attention to the latest developments in the field of finance and accounting.

Job Requirements

1. Education: college degree or above in finance, accounting or related fields; 2. Experience: at least 3 years of working experience in accounting or related fields; 3. Skills: proficient in the use of financial and accounting software, with excellent data analysis ability; 4. Certificate: relevant professional qualifications are preferred; 5. Language: proficient in [Chinese]; 6. Personality: have a good team spirit, clear analytical thinking, meticulous work, and a strong sense of responsibility. Local in Vietnam is preferred.
