Job Responsibilities

1. Oversees and manages day-to-day production activities to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards. 2. Coordinates resources including manpower, materials and equipment to optimise productivity. 3. Leads and directs the production team, providing guidance, training, assessment and support to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols. 4. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, implements cost-effective solutions, and streamline production processes to increase efficiency. 5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promote a safe work environment and implement safety measures.

Job Requirements

1. Malaysian Chinese, Chinese can be the working language 2. 30 years old or less, unified bachelor's degree 3. 2 years working experience, manufacturing background.
