Job Responsibilities

1. Manage on-site project management for domestic and international data center projects, promptly identify issues, provide solutions, and track the handling of results to ensure successful project delivery. 2. Conduct quality inspections of process and acceptance documentation according to company standards and requirements, and promptly remind and urge responsible parties to complete and submit deficient documentation. 3. Coordinate and follow up on project execution to ensure adherence to project schedule and quality. 4. Support technical promotion during the market and sales phases, focus on customer needs, and deliver value through advanced technology and leading services to enhance customer satisfaction. 5. Participate in preliminary technical and budget reviews.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering and Automation, Automation, Measurement and Control Technology, or related engineering fields. 2. Proficiency in English as a working language. 3. Over 3 years of project management experience; experience in weak current project management is preferred; overseas project experience in the power/data center industry is a plus. 4. Extensive experience in on-site management and communication coordination; meticulous and responsible with a calm demeanor. 5. Capable of independently managing and advancing medium to large projects, with strong stress tolerance and adaptability to travel.
