Job Responsibilities
1. Conduct regular inspections of the workshop's mechanical equipment operation, supervising and guiding equipment operators and maintenance personnel in the correct usage and maintenance of equipment. 2. Responsible for preparing first and second-level maintenance plans for assigned equipment and supervising their implementation. 3. Handle daily maintenance, emergency repairs, and upkeep of assigned equipment, ensuring safe and normal operation. 4. Monitor the production site, promptly addressing any issues that arise. 5. Maintain compliance with information security policies and management systems, supervising and reporting any violations of information security. 6. Support and collaborate with related departments and teams, as well as complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with a background in vehicle engineering, electrical engineering, automation, or mechanical engineering preferred. 2. More than 3 years of experience in the industry/position, familiar with automotive manufacturing processes and equipment knowledge. 3. Strong theoretical foundation and technical work experience, capable of independently solving process-related issues. 4. Good written expression and verbal communication skills, able to independently draft technical documents such as process specifications. 5. Proficient in using office software and relevant professional applications in the work field. 6. Strong adaptability, high sense of responsibility, dedication, and good teamwork spirit.
