• Regularly conduct market product surveys and analyse industry developments to prepare for the procurement and release of new products. • Select suppliers according to the analysis of national and international market and company’s requirements for material and services, draft corporate contracts, and framework agreements. • Performs new supplier integration to the awarded suppliers through plant visiting, supplier finance assessment, RFI/RFQ release and review, logistic plan agreement, etc. • Participate in the procurement process of finding, comparing, negotiating, and bidding to ensure quality and reasonable prices. • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with suppliers, assessment, auditing and monitoring of supplier performance (KPI) according to agreements. • Participate in the company's major customer project quotations, bid price costing and actual supply chain cost control. • Participate in various exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events to clarify current market product positioning and future development trends. • Provide sales data and business analysis reports to management in real-time, and maintain the timeliness of database information. • Actively maintain communication with various departments, coordinate and resolve issues, and optimize product procurement and release processes. • Provide training to product assistant manager of purchasing, supplier management, supply chain management, and other related work content.
