Assist in contract management review and renewal for key account customers such as Costco, Amazon, Nike, Doles, Macy’s, Microsoft etc.  Rate request and bid activities for existing and new accounts  Provide customized account specific reports & profitability analyses  Analyze transportation lanes for customers to determine the most cost effective freight movement options  Customer information management (CAP codes, Credit issues, Customer Profile information  Problem resolution for bookings, claims, equipment, free time, space allocations  Provide tracking and transit time information  Maintain great relationships with key account customers

Manage export documents for shipments to ensure they are complying of the customs rules and regulations  Maintain excellent relationship with internal and external customers. Assists in customer onboarding and export opportunities  Oversee for the entire supply chain flow such as planning, scheduling, purchasing, and transportation  Provide tracking information to the customer to trace the shipments  Assist Finance Department to maintain good credit standard for global accounts  Manage military accounts and international restaurant franchises (Chili’s, Burger King, Applebee, IHop, and Arby’s etc) from Asian, Europe and Antarctica  Apply certificates such as certificate of free sale, Halal certificates, USDA etc for each shipment  Assist purchasing team to maintain the inventory level, FIFO or LIFO activities at the warehouse through ERP & WMS  Helping to source and promote new products  Assist in renewing expiry contract for each concept.  Provide bilingual translation from Chinese to English or English to Chinese for global accounts  Managing and responsible for freight booking to the destination countries.  Stay current to changes in import/export compliance laws  Assist on processing customer shipment return and credit claims  Collect and analyze supplier product data

Communication with CBP (Custom border protection) for import shipment  Maintain excellent relationships between internal and external customers  Provide quick and reliable solutions to customers with logistic needs  Provide suggestions for inland or rail movement for import shipments  Handle custom exam payment to correspond customer accounts
