- Setup and Manage the factory in China under the supervision of the group’s CFO, COO and CEO. - Establish the company operation processes and implement them diagonally across the company. - Define the ERP/MRP process in accordance with the operation and needs of the company. - Implement a QMS system with continuous push for improvement: PDCA. - Turnover forecast and follow up of the monthly P&L, turnover, Payable & Receivable…- Sales orders plan and coordinate the delivery and invoicing with the sales team. - Prepare the production forecast and make the procurement plan accordingly for imports from Europe. - Define the safety and security stock, monitor the inventory levels and monthly consumptions. - Supervise the accounting activity and follow up the Product cost calculation and margins. - Follow up the import shipments status and update the delivery plan accordingly. - Workforce optimization to increase productivity and capacity: Production tools, procedures, 5S, etc… - Increase the warehouse efficiency by optimizing the space and enforcing the use of Kanban and FIFO. - Machine and equipment tuning, preventive maintenance and problem debugging. - Risk analysis and improve the safety and environment protection. - JD definition, company personnel recruitment and training.
- Conduct complete industrialization of Multi-technology projects: Metal, Plastic and Electronic. - Implement the “Project Quotation & definition” & “New Project Introduction” processes according to ISO/TS. - Metal Suppliers management and continuous improvement: Better cost, quality and lead-time. - Set in place specific cost calculation methods for each technology: Die-casting, Extrusion, and Stamping. - Daily management of the Metal department personnel, the Project teams and the sourcing department. - Work with the R&D on the Product Design: feasibility study and Definition of the manufacturing process. - Project management and monitoring with KPI’s.
- Successfully developed & launched “Hydraulic car lifts” in compliance to the CE EN 1493 standard. - Established process for coordination between the R&D (Europe/Canada) & the factories in Asia. - Improve the Quotations & Projects follow up processes and set in place a QMS system. - Make new 3D designs to improve the quality, decrease the cost & create competitive range of products. - Price study and Cost estimation for productions in China and in Europe: France & Italy.
- Continuous improvement for the Mining section of the Colmar Factory - Enhance the stock management : -> Implant FIFO by installing conveyor belts and more accessible storage cabinets -> Put in place a Kanban process for managing the components in the factory -> Apply the 5S on various sections of the factory - Fill in the risk analysis sheets and launch the corrective actions accordingly - Create procedure sheets for the assembly steps and locate improvements - Work on 3D Designs & simulations to create hooks for heavy lifting: up to 16 tones
