Job Responsibilities
1、Create content that attracts new users and engages current users. 2、Use data to analyze what’s working, what’s not, and reinforce or refocus key messages accordingly. 3、Wear many hats as you work with multiple teams to develop strategy, work with designers, write copy, manage social communities, and analyze data. 4、Help convert our brand fans into loyal customers with engaging, responsive, responsible, surprising, and captivating social media interactions. 5、Help to manage Pitaka’s social community on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Discord. 6、Communicate with influencers via social media to create a strong network of reviewers as well as content providers. 7、Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy by creating, executing, and reporting campaigns. 8、Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. 9、Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams. 10、Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
Job Requirements
Requirements: 1、3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role. 2、Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions. 3、Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and other social media best practices. 4、Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics. 5、Good understanding of social media KPIs. 6、Excellent multitasking skills. 7、Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. 8、Team player. 9、Good time-management skills. 10、Great interpersonal and communication skills. 11、Good written and oral command of English. 12、Photography and Photoshop skills would be a huge plus.
