Minimum 5 years working experience including 2 years experience leading Experience managing onsite & remote teams Flexible & collaborative communication style Experience in delivering talents as one excellent talent consultant Strong client management skills and ability to create deep partnerships across all levels of an organisation Expertise in various sourcing channels & when to leverage them: media, education, internships, social networking, etc. Experience developing & managing Sourcing Strategies within a large organisation International Experience preferred
