Job Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience• University degree and above, MBA degree preferred• Strong leadership skills with proven track record in managing a sizeable team• Strong business acumen with an assertive approach to achieve success• A problem solver and self-motivator with good judgment, can identify opportunities, plan, negotiate and execute projects with proper follow-through, on-time completion and with limited supervision• High level of strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients• Results oriented• Culturally sensitive• Preferred good knowledge of the travel industry landscape within China and core regional markets with established network and working relationship.• Broad based understanding of ticketing technology solutions• Strong knowledge of overall industry with concentrated focus on Yangtze Delta marketplace and trends• Demonstrated ability to partner internally and externally and to work comfortably and effectively at all levels• Effectively manage workflow to maximize sales performance• Influence peers and team leaders in decisions related to business processes
