Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, with professional qualifications and experience in international trade and financing, international business law, project management and/or other relevant specialties; 2. Minimum 8 years work experience, with experience in the telecommunications industry or with a major international project contractor company, and equipped with an expert-level understanding of contract terms & conditions; 3. Strong analytical skill with high level of communication and collaboration capabilities plus team spirit; 4. Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing), bilingual ability preferred. 5. Located in Luxembourg, able to be adaptive and willing to travel to other countries; 6. Candidates with rich experience in negotiating large-scale projects are preferred.
