Job Responsibilities
1. According to the department's annual training plan, conduct training on a monthly basis and complete regional training tasks; 2. According to the company's development needs, according to the training task within the specified time, open classes to train and cultivate store talents; 3. According to the market training needs, set up store manager training courses, reserve store manager training courses, basic staff training courses, theme training courses, etc.; 4. Follow up the growth of trainees after training, guide partners, collect training demand information, give timely feedback, and have their own improvement insights; 5. Maintain the operation and management standards of the regional partners under its jurisdiction, find problems in a timely manner and provide guidance; 6. Organize and improve the corresponding training courseware, bilingual in Chinese and English; 7. Go to the global partner to train their team on relevant operational skills.
Job Requirements
1. Good image, good affinity, fluent English expression; 2. Bachelor degree or above, three years of retail terminal training and teaching experience is preferred; 3. Be able to complete the training tasks assigned by the headquarters independently; 4. Be able to independently develop courses and improve regional training tasks according to the training needs of the region under its jurisdiction; 5. Familiar with computers, projectors, audio equipment, proficient in using Word, Excel, Powerpoint and other office software; 6. Passionate, strong affinity and appeal, English expression process, need to be able to adapt to global business trips.
