Job Responsibilities

1. Undertake the company's overall development strategy, work closely with the team, be responsible for overseas sales, assist in formulating annual marketing and sales plans, and complete annual sales and revenue targets and other marketing goals; 2. Through market research and analysis, actively develop new markets and new customers at home and abroad; 3. Expand foreign distribution channels and develop and maintain overseas distributor networks; 4. Maintain customer relationships, perform customer visits, and explore customer needs; 5. Provide work reports and business progress (including project progress, forecast, project signing/loss) summary reports on a regular basis; 6. Negotiate cooperation on behalf of the company and customers, be responsible for project plan review, contract review, and complete contract signing on behalf of the company; 7. Complete other matters assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

1. Doctoral degree or above, major in biology, pharmacy and other related majors, with overseas study experience; 2. Familiar with business English, proficient in the use of Office and other office software; 3. Strong sense of responsibility, dare to take responsibility, strong communication, coordination ability and ability to analyze and deal with problems, quick thinking, strong logic. 4. Need to have relevant work experience in CRO or mouse supplier; 5. Prefer to have a relevant background in France or Germany, and the corresponding minority language will be preferred.
