Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the company's expansion into target international markets. 2. Conduct market research to understand trends, opportunities, and challenges in international markets in industrial field. 3. Manage and maintain relationships with key international clients and partners. 4. Oversee and coordinate the operation of key customer orders, ensuring smooth operation and error-free handling. 5. Collect payments in accordance with company financial policies and contract terms, ensuring timely recovery of payments. 6. Evaluate, track, manage, and control risks associated with international trade. 7. Arrange customer information and ensure timely feedback and processing of customer requirements. 8. Participate in and assist team members in negotiating with potential and existing key customers, following up, and implementing subsequent order operations. 9. Formulate departmental performance appraisal and training plans, and implement training to improve the team's business capabilities. 10. Communicate actively and promptly with customers, distribute work dispatch forms formed from communication information to all relevant departments, track and implement the completion of each department, and determine completion times. 11. Attend exhibitions, sort out and report exhibition information, and submit improvement reports from exhibition attendance. 12. Complete temporary tasks assigned by the general manager of the company.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for majors in international trade, business English, or related fields. - Proficiency in English (CET-6 or equivalent), with additional languages being a plus. - Comprehensive management, strategic decision-making, and sales planning abilities, with a proven track record of leading and managing sales teams. - Deep understanding of the industry, familiar with industry dynamics, and operation development trends. - Excellent communication, coordination, scheduling, command, and organizational skills. - Strong overall planning, analysis, synthesis, induction, and teamwork abilities. - Ability to endure hardship, with a strong sense of strategic planning and overall development of domestic and international operations. - Willingness to travel internationally (South-East Asia, South Asia) and adjust to different culture as required by the role.
