Job Responsibilities

1. Fully leverage the advantages of Hangxiao Steel Structure's brand and technology to communicate deeply with foreign entities, and undertake steel structure and general contracting projects. 2. Search for and collect project information to develop detailed marketing plans, coordinate and implement support teams, and ensure project acquisition. 3. Proactively build channels with owners and relevant departments to establish good relationships, seek support, and participate in the preparation of bidding documents. 4. Organize relevant departments to review bidding documents and prompt functional departments to provide revision suggestions and written opinions. 5. Handle the application and payment process for bid bonds or letters of guarantee, participate in the preparation of bidding documents, and the bid opening and inquiry process. 6. Track and ensure timely and effective follow-up on company services, contract fulfillment, and implementation, and manage risk control and crisis public relations.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Steel Structure, Administration, or related fields; a diploma may be accepted for exceptional candidates. 2.Over 1 year of marketing experience in large steel structure enterprises or more than 2 years in related industries; recent graduates are also welcome. 3. Solid knowledge of modern enterprise management, familiarity with steel structure products and business processes, and comprehensive knowledge of the entire construction industry.
