Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute sales plans to ensure that the company's sales targets are achieved and the scheduled annual sales plans are completed. 2. Establish good customer relationships with the team, including communicating with customers, providing products and services, early customer relationship management, etc. 3. Supervise the sales team, follow up on their workload and performance, and continuously improve the sales team's capabilities based on sales data and customer feedback. 4. Work with product technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the customer experience.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, background knowledge in sales, marketing or related majors. 2. At least 8-10 years of sales and marketing management experience in TOB, sales management experience in TOB software industry is preferred. 3. There are good resources of overseas (Dong South Asia, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific), manufacturing, big health, central state-owned enterprises, consumer goods and other industries; 4. Proficient in communication skills and customer management skills, able to build good interpersonal relationships and provide quality customer service. 5. Excellent team management skills, able to work with teams in technology, marketing, sales and other departments to achieve common goals. 6. Have good business insight and market analysis ability, and have an in-depth understanding of the company's sales strategy and business model.
