Job Responsibilities
1. Dealer parts reserve details; 2. Acquisition, distribution, scheduling and delivery of spare parts orders; 3. Receiving, processing, tracking and feedback of regional service information; 4. Planning, implementation and evaluation of regional expatriate service activities; 5. Promote the use of regional information systems and service policies; 6. Construction, management and evaluation of regional service parts network; 7. Feedback, tracking and verification of quality information in overseas markets; 8. Regional product quality problem claims and expense management; 9. Regional market business analysis and business capability improvement strategy formulation; 10. Responsible for the inspection and evaluation of dealer service resources; 11. Regional customer relationship management and market product research; 12. Training implementation and information feedback; 13. Customer and service personnel service engineering training; 14. Training and management of customer and service personnel.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, mechanical related majors are preferred; 2. More than 3 years of work experience, with experience in construction machinery industry; 3. CET-4 or above and proficient in office software; 4. Have strong communication skills and learning ability, strong psychological tolerance, hard-working, honest and upright, and have a good sense of teamwork.
