Job Responsibilities
Business: 1. Understand the brand and market, able to quickly, comprehensively and accurately digest the product (or customer) information and creative requirements; 2. Organize the project-related personnel brainstorming and understanding, control the tonality of the project, and organize the relevant personnel for pitch proposals and put forward the creative ideas can be executed; 3. Coordinate with the company's external resources and other internal executive departments (customers. execution, construction, digital, etc.) to complete the creative presentation until the execution stage supervision; 4. Able to explain the proposal to the client; Team management: 1.Guide the specific performance of 3D, 2D, etc. control the timeline of projects and supervise the form and quality of creativity; 2.Supervise relevant pitch process; 3.Communicate with the team regularly about work progress, problems, sharing experience, and direction guidance; 4.Team building, improving team cohesion; approving team members' expenses and vacation, appraising performance ratings, etc.; Other: Other matters assigned by the leader.
Job Requirements
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in advertising, more than 6 years of relevant industry experience, 3 years of team management experience; 2. The creative field background engaged is not limited. Always keep a fresh mind, a wide range of interests and concerns in various fields of global creativity; 3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with strong team management and coordination skills, and be able to withstand strong work pressure; 4. In-depth understanding of luxury goods, cosmetics and makeup, and fashion-related industry experience; 5. Efficient communication skills, understanding, able to correctly understand the client's requirement to establish effective communication links with the client; 6.
