In the project design stage, a series of visual forms such as hand-painting, sketch up, renderings, PS collages, reference drawings, etc. can be used to display and communicate design concepts to customers and internal teams; responsible for external professional Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors to ensure that the drawings meet the requirements. 4. Excellent program packaging ability and proposal skills, strong and confident aura. 5. Deepen the design stage, fully understand the construction process, structure and material properties, guide the drawing of the construction drawing of the horizontal section and the node; understand the project cost, be able to continuously optimize the plan based on customer feedback and budget conditions, while maintaining the uniqueness of the design Improve the degree of implementation. 6. Job Requirements

Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above in any of; interior design, decoration, or environmental art related majors. 2. 6-8 years of experience in office and hotel commercial space design, with experience in the design of single-family office buildings above 40,000 square meters is preferred. 3. Rich experience in design bidding and familiar with relevant building codes in the office industry. 4. Strong ability to derive themes and concepts, basic hand-drawing, able to express design intent quickly with sketches, proficient in Sketch up, AutoCAD, a good color feel, and able to design office space proficiently. 5. Rich engineering experience, with full understanding and practical experience with the subsequent construction process, structure and material of the design. 6. High stress tolerance, integrity, and high personal standards; strong language communication skills, adaptability, responsible and rigorous work attitude, fashionable design concepts. 7. Good design management ability, cost control awareness, a good team worker, and able to independently lead the design team to carry out efficient work.
