Job Responsibilities

1. Formulate the annual maintenance plan for die-casting workshop equipment and the safety stock of easily damaged parts, and implement the work according to the plan to ensure the equipment failure rate is minimized. 2. Standardize equipment operation and daily maintenance: develop operational guidelines for die-casting workshop equipment, organize relevant training, and supervise the implementation of work to ensure 5S practices are in place for the equipment. 3. How does the production equipment meet the quality requirements of product characteristics? Conduct machine capability investigations/process capability analysis on important characteristics/process-specific parameters, and establish a warning mechanism for deviations from the rated values. 4. Mold management: liaise with mold suppliers and manage the mold ledger, perform mold maintenance and storage to ensure the integrity of the molds. 5. Assist in the evaluation of major equipment projects in the factory regarding their applicability, financial ROI (Return on Investment), etc., to maximize compatibility and investment benefits.

Job Requirements

1. Aged 40 and above, with at least a college diploma, no gender restrictions, with a background in mechanical or related fields. 2. Work experience: Over 10 years of equipment management experience, especially in operating, understanding the structural principles, and performing repairs on die-casting machines and machining equipment, as well as mold maintenance and simple repairs. 3. Knowledge and skills: Proficient in die-casting and mold structure knowledge, industrial engineering knowledge, principles of die-casting and CNC, and electrical components, with proficiency in using Pro/E, CAD, and office software.
