Job Responsibilities
Developing and executing market development plans consistent with division goals and objectives to drive revenue and customer volume growth. Actively searching and building relationships with prospective customers via all communicative tools in assigned areas Responsible for managing development strategies and analyzing market trends, competitor activities as well as customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Collaborating with cross functional teams including product development, sales, marketing and customer service to ensure successful delivery of projects Presenting performance analysis results to superiors to help with future product design and sales and marketing strategies Building and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, industry influence, and partners
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in engineering, marketing or equivalent field. Minimum 3-year professional experience in direct sales and new customer business Solid social connections and partnership relationships in medium-sized as well as large multinational companies in European countries In-depth knowledge of the telecommunications industry and/or experience in selling cloud and data services etc. Highly motivated team player with a strong customer focus and a results-driven approach. Proficiency in both Mandarin and German language skills Travel flexibility
