Job Responsibilities
1. Develop local market product strategies, channel strategies, ground promotion strategies, sales targets, and implementation plans to expand into new markets, and organize and follow up on the implementation of the plans 2. Lead the local team to promote overseas market brands, expand channels, maintain customer relationships, sell and manage products, and complete sales tasks 3. Lead the team to achieve sales targets, cultivate, assess, and motivate the team 4. Responsible for collecting and providing feedback on local market information, participating in discussions on headquarters product direction, market strategy, and policy compliance 5. Continuously optimize overseas business processes and improve the overseas sales operation management system
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with experience in leading electronic cigarette companies or consumer electronics marketing management positions, and strong fast-moving consumer goods thinking 2. English can be used as a working language, with overseas work experience and permanent residency overseas 3. Possess strong business acumen, independent ability to develop overseas markets, and the ability to predict international trade risks 4. Possess excellent overseas market planning ability, overseas market development ability, and marketing ability; 5. Possess business negotiation skills, interpersonal communication skills, resource integration skills, conflict resolution skills, global analysis skills, persuasive presentation skills, etc. 6. Possess the spirit of independent research and learning, able to continuously evolve, with strong character, practicality, diligence, enthusiasm, and drive.
