Company description: ETLOG (Event & Travel Logistics Limited) is a Company based and registered in Hong Kong (previously in Shanghai) operating since 2009. In 2019, the company provided services on 18 Formula One Grand Prix Event destinations, from Japan to Brazil, Europe, Russia and Azerbaijan. We provide also services for the Formula Electric World Championship Events (Destinations for 2020: Hong Kong, Mexico, Sanya, Jakarta, Seoul..) and the Moto GP Grand Prix. Our main account is based on the racing Event Calendars (World Championships) and the Business Travel industry. Job description: • Support and assist the Event Coordinator in Shanghai city and the F1 Event area • Support to various event & travel logistic services in general and last-minute management issues • Translation and support between ETLOG services, Event Coordinator and the local people • Support and assist the Event Coordinator and his team within the local environment (e.g. SIM card buying, local online transportation bookings, directions, translations, etc) • Potentially to work again with us every year for the F1 Event

Job Requirements

• Local: fluent in English or French • Expat: fluent in Mandarin; and English or French • Professional experience in international company or abroad is preferred • Professional, hardworking, responsible and able to work without supervision • 9-10 working days between 11 - 21 April 2020 for up to 12 hours per day Interested applicants should send their cover letter and resume in English with current picture The email subject must be: EVENT COORDINATOR ASSISTANT – 2020 F1 SHANGHAI Note that our candidate selection will be closed on 15 March 2020.
