Job Responsibilities
1. Design the curriculum (daily, weekly and monthly) and prepare courses with other teachers; 2. Deliver English and multi-cultural lessons to children who are aged from 3-7; 3. Assist in video shooting for daily lesson-plan review and related promotion; 4. Assist in event planning and implementation for specific events; 5. Attend the teaching and researching meeting at every end of the week for lesson-plan conclusion and improvement; 6. Daily greeting at the main entrance for welcoming students and parents;
Job Requirements
#1 Degree & Region Applicants need to have a bachelor’s degree (any major accepted) Applicants from native English speaking countries will be first considered (due to residential regulations) #2 Working Schedule The length of the working term should be at least 1 year, and with no upper limit. 35 working hours per week with 2 days off. Official holidays are included (10 paid annual leave days plus 11 national holidays) #3 Mentality Possess a good-level of tolerance, openness and compassion, considering the age of students A global citizen who embraces and respects different cultures prefer candidates who have international exchange experiences Active communication and teamwork skill are required, due to the interaction with other coaches, parents and local teachers.
