Collected Suggestions, bugs, complaints and external issues provided by relevant players, and reported to relevant processing departments; 3. Collected high-level VIP user data, managed and maintained high-star user relationship, recommended game playing methods and activities to players, and assisted in operation and planning of relevant community activities; 4. Completed the translation of game interface, lighting effect, client, server and database resources on time according to the game production requirements, and ensured the authentic and accurate translation content.
1. Proficient in English; English /Portuguese/ Polish are preferred as the mother tongue; 2. Good understanding of European and American culture and strong writing ability in English /Portuguese/ Polish; 3. More than one year of game related work experience or Internet related work experience is preferred; 4. Senior game players or those who love the game industry are preferred; 5. Keen insight, teamwork, strong communication skills and strong resistance to pressure.
