Job Responsibilities
Tour the lobby and provide the service, answer the question to guests. Be in charge of receiving VIP and important group. Follow up and maintain the preferences and special request of VIP guests and provide the quality service for them. Be responsible for dealing guests’ complaints and accidents on duty. Introduce and recommend the hotel production to guests. Supervise and guide the associates’ work in lobby, maintain the order and keep the environment of lobby elegant and civilized. You may need support to other sections in high occupancy.
Job Requirements
Above 2-year working experience in 5-star international hotels and be familiar with the operation of Front Office. Have an agile mind and deal with the emergencies in the best way. Skilled at both spoken and written English and have good communication skills. Bright and outgoing, have strong service consciousness, responsibility and team spirit. Can work under pressure. Be familiar with the operation and service and have professional service skills.
