Job Requirements

IDEAL CANDIDATE - Minimum 3 years’ experience in a managerial position is a must. - Demonstrated success in a similar role is required. - Language proficiency, fluent in English, and Chinese, Korean and/or Japanese is highly desirable. - Proven experience in luxury Casino Hotels or integrated resorts with over 800 rooms is of benefit. - Regional work experience in Asia is highly advantageous. - Able to effectively communicate with all departments. - Outstanding leadership skills. - Must be able to handle customer feedback effectively. - Demonstrates a hands-on approach with a lead-by-example attitude.
