Job Responsibilities

1. Deeply study and understand the company's business, maintain close communication with business/finance, timely update business progress and effectively summarize highlights. 2. Maintain and update the company's roadshow materials, press releases, and QA library. 3. Arrange logistics for roadshows and research activities, answer questions from analysts and investors, and maintain relationships. 4. Assist in tracking analyst research reports, tracking and analyzing industry performance & market reactions. 5. Maintain the IR website and company accounts on various platforms. 6. Review related PR manuscripts. 7. Assist in producing content for annual reports, semi-annual reports, and other announcements. 8. Assist in preparing for earnings release conferences. （1、深入学习了解公司业务，与业务/财务保持紧密沟通，及时更新业务进展并有效归纳亮点 2、维护及更新公司路演材料、通稿及QA库 3、安排路演及调研活动logistics，解答分析师及投资人问题，维护关系 4、协助跟踪分析师研报、跟踪及分析同业业绩表现&市场反应 5、IR网站及各大平台公司账号维护 6、审阅相关PR稿件 7、协助输出年报、半年报等公告内容 8、协助业绩发布会筹备）

Job Requirements

1. At least 3 years of experience in finance, banking, law, or related fields, familiar with financial statements and securities regulations, outstanding recent graduates with relevant internship experience will also be considered. 2. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in IR of listed companies or as securities analysts/investment bankers, and those with strong financial modeling skills. 3. Good PPT skills, excellent oral and written English communication abilities. 4. Strong learning capacity, good interpersonal skills, and strong team collaboration abilities. 5. Integrity, down-to-earth and reliable. 6. Native English speaker, and also fluent in Chinese. （1、至少3年财务、金融、法律或相关领域的经验，熟悉财务报表及证券法规，特别优异且有相关实习经验的应届生亦做考虑 2、有上市公司IR经历或券商分析师/投行经验的优先考虑，有良好的财务建模能力优先 3、良好的PPT技能、优秀的英文口语和书面表达能力 4、学习能力强、良好的人际交往能力、团队协作能力强 5、为人正直、踏实可靠 6、英语母语者，且同时熟悉中文）
