Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and guide the arrangement of people, machines, materials, and environment during the production process according to the plan, ensuring smooth production. 2. Ensure that production materials, manpower, and equipment are effectively utilized to reduce waste and ensure product quality. 3. Guarantee timely completion of production tasks according to schedule requirements. 4. Promptly resolve issues that arise during the production process. 5. Responsible for performance evaluation and management of production employees, achieving reasonable allocation of human resources.
