Job Responsibilities
1.Overseas Market Development: Expand overseas markets and business operations, systematically develop international customer resources, and achieve assigned sales targets. 2.Product Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company’s software, hardware, and energy solutions portfolio (including EV charging stations, energy storage systems, photovoltaic equipment, etc.), and formulate tailored overseas promotion strategies. 3.Business Negotiation & Execution: Lead commercial negotiations, finalize terms of cooperation agreements, oversee the entire order execution process from contract signing to delivery, and ensure timely project completion. 4.Market Intelligence: Conduct market intelligence activities by regularly collecting industry trends, competitive analyses, and customer demand insights to provide data-driven support for product optimization and strategic decision-making.
Job Requirements
1.Education: No specific major required; preference given to candidates with degrees in Marketing, International Trade, Energy/Power Engineering, or related fields. 2.Experience: Minimum 2 years of overseas sales experience is prioritized. 3.Mobility: Immigration intent or plans required; must commit to long-term overseas assignments. 4.Market Acumen: Proficient in overseas market dynamics, with sharp market insight and the ability to forecast industry trends. 5.Negotiation & Relationship Management: Exceptional cross-cultural negotiation skills and client relationship management capabilities. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. 6.Adaptability: Ability to adapt to frequent high-intensity business travel, strong stress resilience, and a collaborative team mindset.
