Job Responsibilities
1. Maintain the company's MIC platform, develop and follow up with clients, and handle RFQs accurately and promptly. Responsible for daily communication with clients, order confirmation, negotiation of sales contract terms such as agreement prices and product quantities, to achieve sales targets. 2. Visit overseas clients, participate in international trade fairs and industry summits, receive foreign client visits, and conduct related business negotiations for foreign trade. 3. Coordinate and handle internal and external business and technical issues. 4. Collect the latest market policies and competitor information, and provide timely feedback on market conditions and client requirements. 5. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Foreign Languages, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Proficiency in English, Russian, Spanish, or other less common languages, with at least one language serving as a working language. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in foreign trade sales. 3. Strong communication skills and business negotiation abilities, as well as organizational and coordination skills. 4. Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube is preferred. 5. Excellent market insight and analytical skills, strong logical thinking, problem analysis, and resolution capabilities, and execution ability. 6. Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and learning abilities. 7. Proactive attitude with excellent service orientation.
