Job Responsibilities
End to End recruitment, from job description writing to successful candidate on-boarding Developing research strategies, and source active and passive candidates from recruiting channels, not limited to online databases, job boards, events, and employee referrals Advising hiring managers and staffing management on market trends and relevant candidates, participating in interviews process and delivery in time manner Building recruiting marketing strategies and initiatives includes: building high-quality content, events, programs to attract top tier candidates Develop or use existing tracking systems, metrics and reports to demonstrate the successful lead generation of candidates throughout the different stages and make data-driven decisions to optimize hiring processes Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience with a proven track record of end of end recruitment delivery, experience in high volume hiring a plus. 3+ years experience in the F&B, or FMCG related industry is required, understanding of food and beverage market trends, competitor landscape, and recruitment challenges within the industry is a plus. Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required to communicate with stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and candidate data.
