Job Responsibilities
1.Market Research & Analysis: Deeply understand the e-cigarette market dynamics, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to provide data support for marketing decisions. 2.Strategy Planning & Execution: Develop integrated marketing communication strategies, including digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, PR activities, etc., and ensure effective implementation of these strategies. 3.Brand Management & Communication: Responsible for shaping the online and offline image of the e-cigarette brand, enhancing brand awareness and reputation through creative content. 4.Channel Management & Optimization: Manage and optimize various marketing channels, including social media, search engines, email marketing, etc., to improve marketing efficiency and conversion rates. 5.Budget Management & Effectiveness Evaluation: Develop marketing budgets, monitor the input-output ratio of marketing activities, regularly evaluate marketing effectiveness, and make optimization adjustments.
Job Requirements
1.Proficient in integrated marketing communication strategies such as digital marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing. 2.Skilled in using marketing automation tools and data analysis software, such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc. 3.Strong copywriting and creative planning abilities. Language Ability: Fluent in German speaking, listening, reading, and writing, capable of conducting international communications proficiently. 4.Cross-Cultural Communication Skills: Possess cross-cultural communication and cooperation abilities, able to adapt to a multicultural work environment. 5.Innovative Thinking & Learning Ability: Possess innovative thinking and continuous learning abilities, able to keep up with industry trends and changes in consumer demand.
