Job Responsibilities
1. KOL Management: develop and maintain Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) relationships for producing clinical activities or support to fulfill our marketing needs. 2. Marketing activities: plan, prepare and carry out marketing activities, include workshop, seminars, congress, exhibitions, etc. 3. Application support: provide application support to local sales, distributors and end-users. 4. Market research: responsible for the market research, including competitor products, market dynamics, medical policies, market feedback. 5. Training: conduct product and application training to distributors, end users and the local team. 6. Promotion materials: make promotional materials of local language including brochures, slides, poster, etc. 7. Others: keep close coordination with the headquarters, finish other tasks the supervisor assigns.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; Major of Biology, Clinical Medicine, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Science, etc. 2. Experience of marketing promotion in IVD or related Medical industries are preferred. 3. Good communication and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving competency. Outgoing personality. 4. Good Spanish/Vietnam/ Russian/ Portuguese/ French and English speaking and writing skills.
