Job Responsibilities

1, new product development, technical transformation projects: 1.1 Participate in the design and launch of process routes and test schemes; 1.2 Participate in the optimization of process conditions, record, collect and organize test data, and determine the best process parameters; 1.3 Participate in analysis, testing and exploration, and establish the first draft of raw materials, intermediates and product standards; 2. Pilot project management: 2.1 Assist the team leader in preparing the topic proposal, program change and closing materials for the quiz; 2.2 Record the work process, design scheme and experimental data of the project, collect, sort out and give feedback; 3. Pilot project management: 3.1 Cooperate with the project leader to propose pilot project approval, work plan change application, completion of identification, assist in preparing relevant materials, and complete technical handover related to chemical processes; 3.2 Participate in pilot test or large-scale production debugging, and solve related problems, and collect and supplement the amplified data; 4. Research on analytical methods: Participate in the establishment and improvement of quality testing standards for products, raw materials and intermediates in the subject; 5, analysis sample detection: Analyze and test the quality of products, raw materials and intermediates in the subject.

Job Requirements

1) Chemistry: Chemical Engineering and technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial catalysis, organic chemistry, organic synthesis, applied chemistry, Analytical chemistry, physical chemistry and other related majors; 2) Polymer materials: polymer materials and engineering, materials science and engineering and other related majors; 3) Animal, food, fermentation: Bioengineering, food science and engineering, animal nutrition and science and other related majors; 4) Pharmacy: Pharmaceutical engineering, pharmacy and other related majors; 5) Over-control, electrical: process equipment and control, machinery manufacturing and manufacturing, automation, measurement and control, electrical and other related majors; Language: Good command of English, listening, speaking, reading and writing is preferred.
